Sour IPAs, do they ring a bell?

About ten years ago, as budding beer geeks, we discovered Trolltunga, a Buxton X Lervig collaboration. It was the first Sour IPA we tasted, and it remains our Proustian madeleine. Since then, we've loved Sour IPAs and decided to brew our own.

Here is the festive version of our "That's My Jam" collection, a Sour IPA almost as red as holly, brewed with raspberry & dry-hopped with Strata
