Have you heard of Sour IPAs?

About ten years ago, as young beer geeks in the making, we discovered Trolltunga, a Buxton X Lervig collaboration. It was the first Sour IPA we tasted, and it remains our madeleine de Proust. Since then, we've loved Sour IPAs and decided to brew our own.

So, here in the "That's My Jam" collection, is the Eclipse + Orange version, a very refreshing Sour IPA with a controlled acidity, dry-hopped with Eclipse and brewed with organic orange juice & zest.
