Located in Quiberon, Sparkle is a craft brewery specializing in New England / Hazy IPAs. Founded in 2023 as a brewpub, we are experiencing strong growth, driven by the development of our sales in Brittany, across France, and internationally, as well as the installation of new fermenters in early 2025.

Our production, modest in size, is based on a 5 hL brewhouse, supported by 5 and 10 hL fermenters and bright tanks. Most of our batches are packaged in 44 cl cans using our own canning line, as well as 30L Keykegs.

As part of our growth and following a last-minute withdrawal, we are looking for a Production Manager to join our team.

You will report directly to the founder / head brewer.

What will your responsibilities be?

Ensure smooth organization of brewing sessions, packaging, and customer shipments.

👥 Team management
Supervise a team of 2–3 brewers, coordinate their tasks, and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

🧼 Cleaning cycles
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of fermenters, the canning line, the brewhouse, and all small equipment to maintain top hygiene standards.

🧪 Quality Control
Conduct gravity and pH checks. Ensure consistency and quality across all batches.

🔄 Continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to improve processes or recipes and propose optimizations.

🛒 Purchasing
Order raw materials and consumables (malt, yeast, kegs, cartons, cleaning products, etc.) and make sure we never run out of stock.

📊 Inventory
Perform monthly inventories of raw materials and finished products to ensure accurate stock tracking and anticipate needs.

🍕 Service à la taproom
Assist the taproom team during busy weekends.

🍻 Representation at TTOs
Organize beer deliveries to partner bars and represent the brewery on-site for the evening.

✨ And much more !
This list is not exhaustive — you may be asked to take on other tasks depending on the brewery’s needs.

During a typical week, you will work at the brewery Monday to Friday, mainly from 9 am to 6 pm, with 30–60 min lunch break and Friday evening in the taproom. Weekend work may be required during school holidays, peak periods, or events. Training (2–4 weeks depending on progress) will run Tuesday to Saturday. This schedule may evolve depending on activity, season, or process optimization.
